Chef Chris Aycock

Chef Chris Aycock has lived and worked on Ambergris Caye for most of his life. He was one of the founding owners and long time chef at island hotspot: Blue Water Grill. He also worked as the Executive Chef at Grand Caribe Resort and has two world-class restaurants in Colorado and Hawaii. Fortunately for us, Chris is back in Belize bringing his signature style to every aspect of dining at the resort. Food is one of the main ways Belizeans connect with their culture, with Chef Chris at the helm, you’ll connect with the island and the bounty it provides in new and unexpected ways.
